說起James Arthur這號人物，
在2012年底有關注英國的選秀節目X Factor的朋友想必不陌生。
沒錯，他就是該季的總冠軍！
也是2012年底在UK最紅的人物之一，
同時也是近年來我很欣賞的一位歌手之一。
James的嗓音獨特，演唱充滿了豐沛的情感，
在困苦環境成長之下的他，
對於音樂的執著奠定了他成功的基礎。
James可以說是才華洋溢，
能將到手的歌曲經過改編之後成為另一首屬於自己的歌。
如同以下這首經過改編的Young，
原唱是身為評審的Tulisa。

我必須承認這首歌把我唱哭了。
你能聽出他那種發自內心的痛苦、鬱悶、有志不能申的感覺。
而台下觀眾發自內心的替他鼓掌加油，
以及結束後全場起立鼓掌的那份感動，
整個就讓我默默流下兩行清淚。xD
接下來要介紹的是他在最終決戰的總冠軍賽中所演唱的歌曲。
Impossible這首歌的原唱是Shontelle，
他可以說是因為James的翻唱才再度翻紅的藝人。
就如同台灣好些年前的蕭煌奇。
我個人認為，
原唱演唱這首歌的力度並不是很足，
讓人聽了有種有力無處發的感覺。
而經過James的改編之後，
變成了一首爆發力十足又能展現聲音細節的曲目，
讓我聽的十分之過癮！
在這首歌中James對於聲音的掌控不能說是完美，
但考量到這是Live演出，
他並不遜色於許多線上一線歌手，甚至還要更好。
能夠打動人心的聲音就是好聲音，
但是對我來說，
James的聲音卻能夠直接擊穿我的內心。
