今天要介紹的同樣是由30 Seconds to Mars
所帶來的City of Angels，於2013年8月推出。
自從我學生時期的同窗好友於2008年左右將30STM介紹給我，
我就一直對這個樂團抱持著高度的關注。
30STM的音樂一向以歌詞富有靈性著稱，
而詞曲多半為主唱Jared Leto一手包辦，
甚至連MV也是由他所執導。
Jared可以說是身兼數職，
也顯出了他的才華洋溢。

歌詞版本採用了歌詞描述的洛杉磯(Los Angeles)為背景，
加上主唱Jared的剪影，十分的簡潔，又非常的帥氣。

主唱Jared Leto與鼓手Shannon Leto是一對兄弟，
從小便生長在洛杉磯(Los Angeles)，
歌名City of Angels正是Los Angeles的別名，
藉由歌詞描繪對於LA這座城市的熱愛。
MV的拍攝手法非常的棒，
找來了許多LA當地的居民，
包含了演員、街頭藝人、音樂人等等，
如同朋友一般的在鏡頭前侃侃而談對這座城市的愛。
歌曲中能聽出對LA的熱愛以及感謝，
旋律非常的溫暖動人，
讓我能深切的體會到包含在歌曲裡的那份情感。
更藉由他們對於LA的那份情，
轉嫁到對我自身成長的故鄉、城市乃至國家的情感。
是一首近期十分推薦的好歌。
